1 Package of Naan Bread (Found at Aldi’s 4 for $1.87) or Peta Bread
Olive Oil
Alfredo Sauce
Asparagus – Chopped
Vegan Cheese (Your Flavor Choice)
Mushrooms – Chopped
Chopped Belle Peppers (Assorted Red, Yellow & Green)
Onions – Chopped
Baby Spinach
Original Style Humus
Your Choice of Tempeh or Plant Protein Source
Preheat oven to 375°F
On a flat pan spread out the Naan 1″ away from each other. Apply a thin layer of Alfredo sauce to bread, then on edges lightly drizzle desired oil.
Begin to add desired amount of Cheese, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Peppers, Spinach, Tempeh & Onion. Like shredded cheese – dollop small amounts of humus to desired amount.
Place in oven for 10 – 15 minutes & serves with a side salad!
